He developed the principles of Growth Management, a method to methodically and logically plan and control growth to optimize profit.
Since 1982, the JSA team has consulted to hundreds of businesses and organizations using the Growth Management model. Joel has been invited to deliver keynote speeches at national conferences, and the JSA team has presented workshops and seminars for thousands of people.
